z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly a\u00a0telocvi\u010dne v\u00a0nevyu\u017e\u00edvanom are\u00e1li na ul. Plickova v\u00a0Bratislave \u2013 M\u010c Ra\u010da sa za\u010dala v\u00a0auguste 2021. Cie\u013eom rekon\u0161trukcie t\u00fdchto takmer 20 rokov nevyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed je obnovi\u0165 are\u00e1l, tak\u00adisto aj ch\u00e1traj\u00face budovy z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly pre vzdel\u00e1vanie \u017eiakov na prvom a\u00a0druhom stupni.<\/p>\n<p>Stav objektov pre vzdel\u00e1vanie \u017eiakov bol nevyhovuj\u00faci (Obr.\u00a01). Nutn\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia cel\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu bude prisp\u00f4soben\u00e1 na d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 faktory pre vzdel\u00e1vanie a\u00a0zdravie det\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa nav\u0161tevova\u0165 tieto \u0161kolsk\u00e9 zariadenia. Gener\u00e1lny dod\u00e1vate\u013e pre t\u00fato rekon\u0161trukciu je spolo\u010dnos\u0165 KAMI Profit.<\/p>\n<p>Kompletn\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia m\u00e1 z\u00e1mer taktie\u017e zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 tepeln\u00e9 straty v\u00a0objekte, a\u00a0zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 tak aj potrebu tepla na vykurovanie (Obr.\u00a02). Kvalitn\u00e9 izola\u010dn\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a\u00a0plastov\u00e9 okn\u00e1 zamedzia \u00fanik tepla do exteri\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth Bolo rozhodnut\u00e9, \u017ee sa nebude budova\u0165 nov\u00e1 kotol\u0148a priamo v\u00a0are\u00e1li \u0161koly, ale \u017ee sa \u0161kola napoj\u00ed existuj\u00facu kotol\u0148u, ktor\u00e1 je v\u00a0prev\u00e1dzke a\u00a0z\u00e1sobuje teplom okolit\u00e9 objekty.<\/p>\n<p>Dod\u00e1vate\u013eom tepla bude Ra\u010dianska tepl\u00e1rensk\u00e1 a.s. zo skupiny ENGIE.<\/p>\n<p>Nov\u00e9 trasovanie a\u00a0napojenie objektu z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly sa za\u010dalo v\u00a0apr\u00edli 2022. Pri navrhnut\u00ed nov\u00fdch rozvodov bolo d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 sa zamera\u0165 aj na kvalitu \u017eivota obyvate\u013eov a\u00a0neobmedzova\u0165 ich po\u010das mont\u00e1\u017ee. Nov\u00e1 trasa tepeln\u00fdch rozvodov v\u00a0dimenzi\u00ed d110 bola v\u00a0d\u013a\u017eke 420 m. Okolit\u00e9 bytovky museli ma\u0165 pr\u00edstup najm\u00e4 k\u00a0materskej \u0161k\u00f4lke, preto rekon\u0161trukcia bola zameran\u00e1 aj na r\u00fdchlos\u0165 mont\u00e1\u017ee, s\u00a0\u010do najr\u00fdchlej\u0161\u00edm ukon\u010den\u00edm pr\u00e1c.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-5 fusion-flex-container existuj\u00facou kotol\u0148ou a\u00a0\u0161kolou sa pou\u017eili plastov\u00e9 predizolovan\u00e9 potrubia NRG AustroPUR (Obr.\u00a03). Tieto plastov\u00e9 potrubia s\u00fa flexibiln\u00e9, pri\u010dom v\u00fdhoda sa uk\u00e1zala aj pri tomto projekte, kde bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 sa bezprobl\u00e9movo vyhn\u00fa\u0165 in\u017einierskym sie\u0165am aj kore\u0148om stromov prostredn\u00edctvom polomerom ohybu. Tento ohyb potrub\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9 zrealizova\u0165 bez toho aby sme navy\u0161e potrebovali tvarovky (kolen\u00e1 \u010di spojky). \u010eal\u0161\u00edmi v\u00fdhodami plastov\u00fdch potrub\u00ed je taktie\u017e aj r\u00fdchlos\u0165 pokladania a\u00a0sp\u00e1jania. Celkovo sa uk\u00e1zalo, \u017ee je potrebn\u00e9 je 8 \u2013 10x menej spojov na trase, ne\u017e ako to je pri pou\u017eit\u00ed oce\u013eov\u00fdch predizolovan\u00fdch potrub\u00ed. Sp\u00e1janie potrub\u00ed taktie\u017e prebieha a\u017e 4x r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie ako pri zv\u00e1ran\u00ed spojov v\u00a0oceli (Obr. 4).<\/p>\n<p>Pl\u00e1novan\u00fd koniec rekon\u0161trukcie cel\u00e9ho are\u00e1lu je do janu\u00e1ra 2023. Zabezpe\u010den\u00edm celkovej rekon\u0161trukcie z\u00e1kladnej \u0161koly bud\u00fa ma\u0165 deti na Plickovej ulici zabezpe\u010den\u00e9 kvalitn\u00e9 prostredie pre vzdel\u00e1vanie a\u00a0takisto aj tepeln\u00fa pohodu v\u00a0interi\u00e9roch. Dod\u00e1van\u00e9 teplo nebude ma\u0165 \u00faniky tepla ani pri jeho prenose do budovy ani v\u00a0budove. V\u00a0obci De\u0161n\u00e1 bol p\u00f4vodne vybudovan\u00fd centr\u00e1lny zdroj tepla na \u0161tiepku a\u00a0slamu, na ktor\u00fd bola napojen\u00e1 cel\u00e1 obec. V\u00a0posledn\u00fdch rokoch sa uk\u00e1zali limity realiz\u00e1cie projektu v\u00a0oce\u013eov\u00fdch potrubiach. Po 20 rokoch prev\u00e1dzky boli v\u00a0kritickom stave nielen tepeln\u00e9 rozvody, ale aj samotn\u00e9 kotly. Vo vykurovacom obdob\u00ed vznikali ve\u013ek\u00e9 \u00faniky vykurovacej vody, ktor\u00e9 nebolo mo\u017en\u00e9 presne lokalizova\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Obec De\u0161n\u00e1 sa rozhodla zachova\u0165 tento ekologick\u00fd sp\u00f4sob v\u00fdroby tepla a\u00a0pustila sa do pr\u00edpravy kompletnej rekon\u0161trukcie tepeln\u00fdch rozvodov spolu aj so zmodernizovan\u00edm centr\u00e1lnej kotolne. N\u00e1sledne prebehlo v\u00fdberov\u00e9 konanie a\u00a0po z\u00edskan\u00ed dot\u00e1cii sa na konci vykurovacej sez\u00f3ny v\u00a004\/2022 za\u010dali v\u00fdkopov\u00e9 a\u00a0pr\u00edpravn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Realiz\u00e1cia diela je rozpl\u00e1novan\u00e1 na menej ako 8 mesiacov.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zakladny\">Okolo Ve\u013ekej noci sa odstavili star\u00e9 kotle a\u00a0za\u010dalo sa s\u00a0ich odstra\u0148ovan\u00edm, n\u00e1sledne sa vys\u0165ahovala cel\u00e1 budova kotolne a\u00a0bolo nutn\u00e9 spravi\u0165 v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 stavebn\u00e9 z\u00e1sahy, spo\u010d\u00edtavaj\u00face v\u00a0preh\u013aben\u00ed podlahy o\u00a0skoro 3 metre. Za\u010diatkom tohto leta sa in\u0161taloval nov\u00fd kotol na biomasu \u2013 tak ako je vidie\u0165 na obr.\u00a06.<\/p>\n<p>Taktie\u017e sa za\u010dali postupne po vetv\u00e1ch vymie\u0148a\u0165 star\u00e9 oce\u013eov\u00e9 potrubia za nov\u00e9 predizolovan\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 potrubia NRG FibreFlex Pro, ktor\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017eu prenies\u0165 teplotu vykurovacej vody a\u017e do 115\u00a0C\/10\u00a0bar. Biomasov\u00fd zdroj tepla je prev\u00e1dzkovan\u00fd v\u00a0teplot\u00e1ch v\u00a0zime do 100\u00a0C. Pre zv\u00fd\u0161enie tepeln\u00fdch \u00faspor sa v\u00a0maxim\u00e1lnej miere vyu\u017eij\u00fa double potrubia v\u00a0dimenzi\u00e1ch od 2\u00a0x\u00a0d32 a\u017e po 2\u00a0x\u00a0d90.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zakladny\">Ver\u00edme, \u017ee sa tento projekt podar\u00ed na jese\u0148 sl\u00e1vnostne uvies\u0165 do prev\u00e1dzky a\u00a0biomasov\u00fd kotol ako aj potrubia a\u00a0v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov\u00e9 stanice bud\u00fa dlho sl\u00fa\u017ei\u0165. Treba oceni\u0165, \u017ee u\u017e pred vy\u0161e 20 rokmi sa predstavitelia obce rozhodli pre tak\u00e9to trvalo udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9 ekologick\u00e9 rie\u0161enie vykurovania. Z\u00a0\u013eav\u00e9ho kr\u00eddla sa zachovali len obvodov\u00e9 steny. Za\u010diatkom tohto roka sa za\u010dala dlho o\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e1 rekon\u0161trukcia tejto po\u0161kodenej budovy. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 bolo zachova\u0165 a\u00a0nepo\u0161kodi\u0165 nepo\u0161koden\u00e9 \u010dasti tejto historickej budovy a\u00a0z\u00e1rove\u0148 zrekon\u0161truova\u0165 \u010dasti, ktor\u00e9 vyhoreli.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti prebiehaj\u00fa na zachovalej \u010dasti priemyseln\u00e9ho pal\u00e1ca renova\u010dn\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce a\u00a0pr\u00edpravy na op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 vybudovanie jeho vyhorenej \u010dasti. Vzh\u013eadom k\u00a0okolit\u00e9mu ter\u00e9nu je pred zah\u00e1jen\u00edm v\u00fdstavby nevyhnutn\u00e9 vybudova\u0165 do\u010dasn\u00fa pr\u00edjazdov\u00fa cestu pre stavebn\u00e9 stroje. Naprie\u010d pr\u00edjazdovou cestou av\u0161ak viedol oce\u013eov\u00fd teplovod, ktor\u00fd bolo nutn\u00e9 demontova\u0165 a\u00a0nanovo\u00a0vybudova\u0165 pod \u00farov\u0148ou okolit\u00e9ho ter\u00e9nu. K\u00a0tomuto \u00fa\u010delu v\u00fdborne posl\u00fa\u017eilo flexibiln\u00e9 predizolovan\u00e9 potrubie NRG FibreFlex Pro d90 v\u00a0d\u013a\u017eke 2\u00a0x 65\u00a0m, ktor\u00e9 bolo dodan\u00e9 na stavenisko a\u00a0po jeho rozvinut\u00ed sa vybudoval prepoj bez ak\u00fdchko\u013evek komplik\u00e1ci\u00ed a\u00a0nutnosti pou\u017eitia kolien a\u00a0spojov. Prvotn\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 rekon\u0161trukcie, ktor\u00e1 bola pop\u00edsan\u00e1 aj v\u00a0na\u0161om \u010dl\u00e1nku, ktor\u00fa sme publikovali koncom roka 2020, je dokon\u010den\u00e1 a\u00a0v\u00a0prev\u00e1dzke. (\u010dl\u00e1nok Realiz\u00e1cia v\u00fdmeny tepeln\u00fdch rozvodov vo vn\u00fatrobloku ul. Ra\u010dianska- ul. Komin\u00e1rska v\u00a0Bratislave krok za krokom) Jednalo sa o\u00a0projekt v\u00a0ktorom bolo d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 v\u00a0\u010do najmen\u0161ej miere zasahova\u0165 do vn\u00fatrobloku obyvate\u013eov Komin\u00e1rskej a\u00a0Ra\u010dianskej ulice. Tento projekt bol v\u00fdzvou aj z\u00a0h\u013eadiska r\u00fdchlej \u010dasovej mont\u00e1\u017ee napojenia potrub\u00ed na tepeln\u00fa sie\u0165, aby bola zabezpe\u010den\u00e1 dod\u00e1vka tepla pre obyvate\u013eov pred vykurovacou sez\u00f3nou. Odst\u00e1vka tepla bola napl\u00e1novan\u00e1 len na p\u00e1r dn\u00ed a\u00a0to konkr\u00e9tne na maxim\u00e1lne 5 dn\u00ed pre vykurovanie a\u00a03 dni pre tepl\u00fa vodu. Po\u010das t\u00fdchto dn\u00ed sa\u00a0podarilo napoji\u0165 plastov\u00e9 predizolovan\u00e9 potrubia pre tento vn\u00fatroblok pomocou v\u0165ahovania. Potrubie boli umiestnen\u00e9 do bet\u00f3nov\u00fdch kan\u00e1lov, aby sa nezasahovalo do prostredia bolo otvoren\u00fdch len 40 m trasy. Na celej trase pri polo\u017een\u00ed 1\u00a0316 m potrubia nebolo pou\u017eit\u00e9 jedin\u00e9 koleno, v\u0161etky obl\u00faky boli realizovan\u00e9 polomerom ohybu.<\/p>\n<p>Pri rozvode vykurovania, plastov\u00e9 predizolovan\u00e9 potrubie dimenzie d160\/DA225 sa posp\u00e1jalo s\u00a0pou\u017eit\u00edm iba 5 spojov na trase v\u010faka s\u00favisl\u00e9mu kot\u00fa\u010du a\u017e 110 m a\u00a0flexibilnosti predizolovan\u00fdch plastov\u00fdch potrub\u00ed. Dok\u00e1zalo sa vtiahnu\u0165 a\u00a0ponap\u00e1ja\u0165 flexibiln\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 potrubie bez nutnosti rozkop\u00e1vania spolo\u010dn\u00fdch priestorov a\u00a0t\u00fdm neobmedzova\u0165 \u013eudom parkovanie a\u00a0nutnos\u0165 obch\u00e1dza\u0165 cel\u00e9 stavenisko.<\/p>\n<p class=\"zakladny\">V\u00a0roku 2021 sa od m\u00e1ja sa pokra\u010dovalo s\u00a0krat\u0161\u00edmi a\u00a0jednoduch\u0161\u00edmi \u00fasekmi v\u00a0r\u00e1mci celej \u0161tvrte v\u00a0Novom Meste. Celkovo sa zrealizovalo v\u00a0prvej etape napojenie 9 OST stan\u00edc, v\u00a0druhej etape 4 OST stanice. Sk\u00fasenosti z\u00a0posledn\u00fdch dvoch rokov sa z\u00faro\u010dili a\u00a0aj v\u00a0tomto kopcovitom ter\u00e9ne sa pokra\u010dovalo sp\u00f4sobom v\u00fdmeny potrub\u00ed \u2013 v\u0165ahovan\u00edm do existuj\u00facich kan\u00e1lov. Stavebn\u00e9 partie, ktor\u00e9 to u\u017e maj\u00fa \u201ev\u00a0ruk\u00e1ch\u201c sa vysporiadali aj s\u00a0u\u017e\u0161\u00edmi priestormi a\u00a0podarilo sa im po\u010das pl\u00e1novan\u00e9ho term\u00ednu v\u00a0letn\u00fdch mesiacoch vymeni\u0165 viac ako 5\u00a0400 m potrub\u00ed. Pre v\u0165ahovanie do existuj\u00facich kan\u00e1lov sa osved\u010dili single potrubia, takto je mo\u017en\u00e9 realizova\u0165 v\u00fdmenu takmer bez kolien a\u00a0vyu\u017e\u00edva\u0165 hlavne existuj\u00face \u0161achty. Podarilo sa zachova\u0165 v\u00e4\u010d\u0161inu vonkaj\u0161\u00edch pl\u00f4ch, ihrisk\u00e1, lavi\u010dky a\u00a0hlavne ako sme u\u017e spomenuli bola ocenen\u00e1 r\u00fdchlos\u0165 realiz\u00e1cie a\u00a0v\u00a0t\u00fdchto such\u00fdch mesiacoch aj n\u00edzka pra\u0161nos\u0165. Oproti be\u017en\u00e9mu sp\u00f4sobu realiz\u00e1cie sa redukuj\u00fa v\u00fdkopov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce o\u00a0viac ako tri\u0161tvrtiny.<\/p>\n<p class=\"medzititul2\"><strong>Flexibiln\u00fd plast je alternat\u00edvou oce\u013eov\u00fdch potrub\u00ed a\u017e do DN125 \/ DN150<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"zakladny\">Jarn\u00e1 a\u00a0letn\u00e1 sez\u00f3na 2022 stavebn\u00fdch pr\u00e1c a\u00a0rekon\u0161trukci\u00ed je po odkladoch projektov silnej\u0161ia ako bolo zvykom. Situ\u00e1cia s\u00a0nedostupnos\u0165ou ocele uk\u00e1zala siln\u00e9 str\u00e1nky flexibiln\u00e9ho plastov\u00e9ho potrubia.\u00a0Mnoh\u00e9 projekty, je mo\u017en\u00e9 realizova\u0165 v\u00a0plaste r\u00fdchlej\u0161ie a\u00a0s\u00a0n\u00edzkymi stratami tepla v\u00a0potrubn\u00fdch sie\u0165ach. Po prepo\u010dte tlakov\u00fdch str\u00e1t a\u00a0r\u00fdchlost\u00ed bolo mo\u017en\u00e9 zrealizova\u0165 prepoj vo flexibilnom plaste bez nutnosti pou\u017eitia mnoh\u00fdch kolien. Realiz\u00e1torovi sa podarilo polo\u017ei\u0165 do v\u00fdkopu potrubie na trase 100m za pribli\u017ene 4 hodiny pri\u010dom na trase je iba jeden spoj.<\/p>\n<p>Investor aj realiz\u00e1tor ocenili r\u00fdchlos\u0165 pokladania potrubia a\u00a0boli prekvapen\u00ed t\u00fdm ako sa dobre s\u00a0dimenziou d160 manipulovalo: ,,Potrubie sa nedostane do v\u00fdkopu sam\u00e9, ale zapo\u017ei\u010dan\u00e9 n\u00e1radie na odv\u00edjanie potrubia a\u00a0vyrovn\u00e1vanie koncov boli neocenite\u013en\u00e9 a\u00a0prispeli k\u00a0realiz\u00e1cii v\u00a0tak kr\u00e1tkom \u010dase.\u201c<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projekt Jablonec nad Nisou<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Podobn\u00fd, ale o\u00a0nie\u010do v\u00e4\u010d\u0161\u00ed projekt sa realizuje v\u00a0are\u00e1li nemocnice v\u00a0Jablonci nad Nisou, tu sa pri prekl\u00e1dke tak isto po\u010d\u00edtalo s\u00a0t\u00fdm, aby boli \u010do najmen\u0161ie v\u00fdkopy a\u00a0kr\u00e1tka \u010dasov\u00e1 realiz\u00e1cia. Bolo nutn\u00e9 projekt rozdeli\u0165 na etapy, kde prv\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 je v\u00a0s\u00fa\u010dasnosti realizovan\u00e1 a\u00a0zvy\u0161ok \u010dak\u00e1 na realiz\u00e1ciu pri rekon\u0161trukcii miestnej komunik\u00e1cie v\u00a0roku 2023.\u00a0Celkovo sa jedn\u00e1 o\u00a0trasu 300\u00a0m, kde sa nahr\u00e1dza oce\u013eov\u00e9 potrubie v\u00a0dimenzii DN150. Potrebn\u00fd pren\u00e1\u0161an\u00fd v\u00fdkon sa d\u00e1 pod\u013ea prepo\u010dtu projektanta prenies\u0165 aj v\u00a0potrub\u00ed d160. Prv\u00e1 \u010das\u0165, ktor\u00e1 sa realizovala e\u0161te pri teplot\u00e1ch okolo nula stup\u0148ov a\u00a0bolo nutn\u00e9 kri\u017eova\u0165 nieko\u013eko in\u00fdch siet\u00ed je zrealizovan\u00e1, po\u010das leta sa dokon\u010d\u00ed druh\u00e1 \u010das\u0165 a\u00a0zvy\u0161ok zostane na rok 2023. D\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pri n\u00e1vrhu bolo aj to, \u017ee s\u00a0flexibiln\u00fdm potrub\u00edm bude mo\u017en\u00e9 pru\u017ene reagova\u0165 na pr\u00edpadn\u00e9 drobn\u00e9 zmeny trasy, ktor\u00e9 sa pri rekon\u0161trukci\u00e1ch v\u00a0existuj\u00facich are\u00e1loch m\u00f4\u017eu objavi\u0165. Polomer ohybu pri d160 je 1,4\u00a0m \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje ob\u00eds\u0165 aj neo\u010dak\u00e1van\u00e9 prek\u00e1\u017eky na trase.<\/p>\n<p>Aj tieto pr\u00edklady ukazuj\u00fa to, ak\u00e9 pevn\u00e9 miesto si flexibiln\u00e9 predizolovan\u00e9 potrubia na trhu na\u0161li. St\u00e1le je nutn\u00e9 d\u00f4kladne si overi\u0165 prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 parametre a\u00a0zvoli\u0165 vhodn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 rie\u0161enie. Potrubia NRG FibreFlex Pro do max. 115\u00a0C a\u00a010\u00a0bar sa ukazuj\u00fa ako siln\u00fd n\u00e1stroj na realiz\u00e1ciu projektov, ktor\u00e9 kv\u00f4li parametrom museli by\u0165 v\u00a0minulosti realizovan\u00e9 z\u00a0ocele.
